The building is characterized by a contemporary design featuring a unique combination of a curtain wall and a central tower. The tower consists of nine above-ground floors and a basement, totalling approximately 2600 square meters in gross area. Notably, the first-floor level showcases an impressive cantilever, serving as both a protective element for the main entrance and creating a shaded public space.
